All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change after this period.
Quotations are based on the scope of work discussed and visual inspection. Additional work discovered during service may incur extra charges, which will be discussed with you before proceeding.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work on scheduled dates. However, work may be postponed due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit card payments. Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Accounts not paid within 14 days of invoice date may incur a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

Unless otherwise agreed, all wood and debris will be removed from the property. If you wish to keep any wood, this must be arranged before work commences.
We take reasonable care to protect your property during our work. However, some impact to lawns and gardens may occur from equipment and falling debris.
Some tree work may require council approval. While we can advise on requirements, obtaining necessary permits is ultimately the property owner's responsibility unless we agree in writing to obtain permits on your behalf.
We warrant our workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion date. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $100.
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to mediation before pursuing legal action.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
